Clootrack exhibited at the Service & Experience at Customer 2024, hosted by Reuters events on the November 12th and 13th at the Hilton Miami Downtown.
Together with 500 senior leaders in marketing, service, and experience, all with the common objective of mastering the end-to-end customer journey, we all expressed excitement about discussing AI-powered efficiency and human-centric connection.
Along with other experts from the CX and CS industry, Clootrack explored how to empower service experiences against a backdrop of economic challenges and demands. Our CEO, Shameel Abdulla, exhibited at booth no. 11 and demonstrated how our advanced analytics solutions helped unlock customer dark data for deep choice drivers and competitor intelligence quickly. Additionally, we showcased how global brands leveraged Clootrack's capabilities to make informed, customer-centric decisions efficiently.
