Clootrack team had the privilege of participating in the CX Strategy Summit and Awards 2024, organized by UBS Forums in Dubai as a Gold Partner, and it was an incredible experience.

Our experts, CTO Subbakrishna Rao, CGO Manuel Oothria Raj, and Data Science Lead Rubin Hanzel, had the fantastic opportunity to meet with CX leaders and discuss the future of customer experience!

Manuel had the honor of delivering a keynote on the topic "Embracing Gen AI to Transform the Future of Business." During his presentation, he discussed the evolution of Gen AI and its impact on Customer Experience, highlighting the crucial intersection between the two. He pointed out that while Gen AI holds immense potential, it is essential to remember the irreplaceable value of human empathy and emotion.

We had meaningful and engaging conversations with several prominent brands, including Majid Al Futtaim, Damac, Sobha Realty, Emaar Hospitality, Hala, Medcare, Sharaf DG, RakBank, Emirates NBD, Zurich Insurance, Al Ghurair, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, and First Abu Dhabi Bank, who visited our booth.

Further, our team met and listened to CX leaders from the region, who reinforced the idea that Human Experience surpassed Customer Experience and emphasized the significance of personalization.

These interactions provided valuable insights and fostered potential collaborations that we are excited to explore further.
